2007 Edition of the SIDS Families T-Shirts

Thanks for your interest in the next edition of the t-shirts! Photos submitted will either be for the 2007 collage, or possibly a third 2006 collage. Thanks so much to all those who've submitted a photo for the upcoming collage so far!

If you are submitting your baby's photo for the t-shirt collage, you can do so by uploading it directly to the site by using the form below instead of separately emailing the picture to me. If you need to send it some other way, such as email or directing me to a website where you have the picture, please visit this page instead.

This program for uploading files is only known to work with higher versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape. If for some reason it won't work for you then please don't hesitate to email the picture to me directly to tshirts@sidsfamilies.com. Don't forget to provide your baby's full name when you send in the picture. You are also required to complete the form on this page as well should you do so.

You can either type in the location (full path and file name) of the picture on your computer that you wish to upload in the box below, or you can use the "browse" button to locate your file that way. Browse will let you look through the folders and files on your own computer.

I will only use one picture per baby, so be advised that even if you send more than one picture, only one will be selected for the t-shirt collage, at my sole discretion, so please upload only one so you're not potentially disappointed with my choice.

I will complete the collage giving preference to new families who have not included their baby on a previous edition of the t-shirts, then on a first come first served basis for all others. I will do my best to ensure that every baby in the collage appears as crystal clear as possible, but this is dependant on the file sent to me. Whatever is sent is what will be used, so please don't upload until you have the best possible quality picture so that your baby shows up clearly in the collage. If a smaller picture is sent in, then it will need to be enlarged, and this tends to make for blurry/choppy/distorted pictures. If at all possible please send only a top quality, high resolution digital photo or scanned photo.

**Warning** If your file isn't a PNG, JPG, BMP, TIF or GIF file, do NOT upload it. It will be deleted without being opened. Also, do not upload irrelevant file types such as HTML web pages, these are NOT images and will be useless for the t-shirt project. These will also be deleted unopened.

Please send only the file types specified. One picture per baby. Once your file is submitted, if you then complete the form, and space permits, your picture will be used for the collage, so please be sure this is something you want to do before you submit your file. By uploading your baby's picture you're granting your permission for your baby's name and picture to be used for various projects by SIDS Families, including but not limited to, products in the SIDS Families CafePress store such as the annual collage t-shirts.
